Flash, Audio and Site Bling for Your Masterpiece

Flash on your Site?  First Cup Site Creator accepts Flash, Audio and other media files.  Adding Flash in the content or body of the page you create is easy (Add Content> Text and Image Area> In dialog box, select the media file icon)


The "regular" flash icon in the Text and Image content box looks like this:







Adding Flash Headers

Flash?  Some cell phone users cannot see flash, and other users may report longer load times.  Another method is to use a Gallery with an automated slider or slideshow feature (just use the Gallery dialog box), but for fans of Flash, here's how to add a Flash Header:


 

How to display flash in your page headers

 

Most designs offer an advanced image selection interface which, apart from a static image will allow you to upload a flash header as well. 



Go to Page Options    in the upper Left part of the page. 
The Page Options dialog box will open.

Next Step:  Select Page Image Options, and use the arrows and select Custom Animation

If you started with a New Page and Page Options, Discard the default image and Proceed.
This will bring you to the next step.

If you started by editing the header image, then delete the image and then select a new one:






Next, select File or URL

If you have a copy of the file to upload, select File.

If you have already uploaded the file to your site or if you have a URL for the file, select URL and insert the URL address.
